Wagering Requirement

General Bonus Rules

Suspension by 22be

22be may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

Closure by the User

Any member may close their own account. To do so, please contact support. Any applicable balance should be withdrawn before closing the account. If bonus conditions remain unfulfilled, the bonus funds will be cancelled.

Balance of a Suspended Account

The balance may be held while the reason for account suspension is under investigation. If no evidence of fraud is found during the investigation, the legitimate balance will be returned.
